Our Support Program & Help Desk:

Few businesses want to go without a support plan, especially when the software controls so much of the company's operations as Net Yield does. Not only do we provide an outstanding Help Desk, but customers who are on our paid support program receive periodic updates to our software for free.  Updates are distributed over the Internet automatically through our Update Service (or via CD upon request.)

Our support desk is available from 8 am to 5 pm  EST at 800-808-3905 to all members of our affordable paid support plan. Emergency support is available 24 x 7 x 365.

• Form Images File. Sample images for form printing directly from Net Yield.  Install this IMAGES folder in your NetYield/Data/Company Name folder and use in conjunction with Forms Management system defaults.
• View the Release Notes.  As we make changes we post a complete list of the issues that most apply to our customers.
• Laser Transaction Form - If you are not using our Forms Manager to print plain paper transactions, you will find that registration on printouts for Laser or Inkjet printers can vary widely from printer to printer.  Net Yield tries to handle the most common print scaling, but we can't accommodate all printer configurations. If you can't get a pre-printed form to line up on your printers, download this Excel template which will allow you to create your own form quickly and easily.  You can adjust all lines on the page, the label text, and even drop in your own logo and address information.  Test the resulting layouts against your printer's blank form output (hold the two pages up to a light together). When the registration is right, let your local print shop reproduce your form in quantity.
• Net Yield Learning Library.  A collection of movie clips you can download to assist with many tasks, such as setting up tables, completing transactions, etc.  Requires a Key Code which can be obtained from 800-352-6463 x 81.
