Beginning in version 4.0 you can create attractive custom images that display on NetˇYield main menu screen. 

You may download a set of images from the library collection below, or use the Faceplate Creator file below to make your own Faceplate images.  Each downloadable folder contains the 4 different sized images required by NetˇYield.

To Install a Faceplate Collection:

  1. Download a set of Faceplate images from the links above.
  2. Expand the zipped folder of images into the c:ProgramFiles/NetYield/Data/YourCompanyName/Images folder of the desired computer.  Four images (named CompanyLogoImage9 (or 10,12,14).jpg) will be extracted. 
  3. When you launch NetˇYield, the new images will appear on the main menu screen of only on the computer on which they are installed. This means that other computers on your network could have different faceplates, as could different companies within the DATA folder.  If NetˇYield does not find the 4 CompanyLogoImageXX.jpg images in the appropriate folder, the default NetˇYield image will be used.

To Make Your Own Faceplate Collection Using the Faceplate Creator:

  1. Download the Faceplate_Creator image file.  This file is a folder that contains 4 images in .Tiff format, each of which contains the basic graphic information required to be on the NetˇYield main menu placed on a transparent background.
  2. Extract the images from the folder. For each of the images in the Faceplate_Creator folder, repeat steps 2-6 that follow.
  3. Using an imaging program that allows you to superimpose (layer) one image over another, open one of the Faceplate_Creator.tif files. 
  4. Now add the graphic image you would like to have appear on NetˇYield's main menu screen as a new layer to each image.
  5. Combine the layers (called Simplifying, Merging, etc. depending on your software) into one layer.
  6. Save the images in the c:ProgramFiles/NetYield/Data/YourCompanyName/Images folder of the desired computer.  The images must be named 'CompanyLogoImageX.jpg', (where x = 9, 10 ,12, 14) or NetˇYield will not find your images.
  7. When you launch NetˇYield, the new images will appear on the main menu screen of only on the computer on which they are installed. This means that other computers on your network could have different faceplates, as could different companies within the DATA folder.  If NetˇYield does not find the 4 CompanyLogoImageXX.jpg images in the appropriate folder, the default NetˇYield image will be used.
